Expand what’s possible with AI.

Practical AI workshops for small businesses, shaped around your team, your tools and the work you do every day.

I’m Siobhan. I help curious people turn “I wonder if AI could…” into something they can actually use. Through clear explanations, hands-on experiments and real examples, you’ll learn how to fit AI into your work—and discover possibilities you hadn’t considered.

AI workshops for your team.

Give your team space to ask questions, try things out and build a useful skill together. Small-group workshops are tailored to your everyday tasks and the tools and licences your business already has.

Start with one task that matters

  • Turn rough notes into a clear plan or job brief.
  • Draft customer replies while keeping your own voice.
  • Build a reusable prompt or template for a recurring task.
  • Practise checking and improving AI results with your own judgement.

A focused starting format is a 90-minute workshop for up to five people, working on one agreed task. Leave with a reusable prompt or template, a checking guide and a follow-up conversation about how it’s working.

Based in Leighton Buzzard, serving Milton Keynes and Luton. In-person sessions are available on evenings and weekends by arrangement, at your premises or an agreed local venue.

We’ll confirm your tools, access, group size, location and goals, then agree the scope, price and date before you book. Any additional software or venue costs are discussed first.

  1. Tell me about your team

Choose a task you’d like to improve and tell me what people find difficult. Beginners and basic questions are welcome.

  2. Check what you can use

We check your available tools, licences and business permissions before choosing the exercises. That might be Microsoft 365, Gemini or another agreed AI tool.

  3. Learn by doing

Work through relevant examples in a small group, with time to practise, ask questions and check the results.

  4. Use it again with confidence

Take away a process and template your team can reuse. A follow-up conversation helps identify what’s working and where you need more support.

Meet Siobhan

A teacher’s approach.
A curious mind.

I’m Siobhan. I come from a management background, and the part I’ve always loved is helping people learn, grow and feel more capable.

In my day job, I deliver AI workshops and demos, help colleagues adopt AI, and build Power Apps and workflows using Microsoft 365 and other AI integrations. Alongside that, I’m building AI Alchemist to help people use AI creatively, improve their everyday productivity and develop the confidence to take their next step.

I’m particularly keen to welcome women aged 40 and over who are curious about AI and would like a friendly place to start. Everyone is welcome.

I experiment, build and share what I learn. My aim is to help you understand what you’re doing, ask good questions and feel confident trying things for yourself.

AI Alchemist is an independent project I’m building alongside full-time work. Local workshops run on evenings and weekends by arrangement. Individual support can also use written messages and recorded walkthroughs.

You should feel comfortable asking.

There’s space for the basic questions, the uncertainty and the “can you show me again?”

Useful comes first.

We start with your task and test whether the approach helps. The tool serves a purpose.

Confidence grows through practice.

You get an explanation and something to try, so you can use it again yourself.

Honest about the limits.

AI can make mistakes. We check results, respect private information and stay clear about what your account can do.

A few questions you might have

Before you get started.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

You can start as a complete beginner. Tell me what you want help with in your own words, and we’ll work from there.

What if I only have a free AI account?

That’s useful to know at the start. We’ll check what your particular account supports and what your business permits. We’ll discuss any additional access or costs before agreeing the work.

Will the task run automatically afterwards?

The Workflow Review focuses on a process you can use yourself. You may still need to provide information, run a prompt and check the result. Connecting systems or running tasks automatically would need a separate scope.

Where and when do workshops happen?

I’m based in Leighton Buzzard and offer in-person workshops in Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes and Luton on evenings and weekends by arrangement. We agree a suitable date and location before booking. Individual support can also use written messages and recorded walkthroughs.

How much does a workshop cost?

Get in touch with your group size, location, available tools and the task you want to work on. I’ll suggest a focused session and confirm the price and what’s included before you book.

Should I send you business documents straight away?

Start with a general description. Please don’t send passwords, customer records or confidential documents in an initial enquiry. If an example is needed, we’ll agree what is appropriate to share.

Let’s find a useful starting point

What could your team do with AI?

Tell me about your business and one task you’d like to explore. We’ll discuss a workshop that fits your team’s experience and the tools you can access. You’re also welcome to ask about one-to-one learning or workflow support.

If an enquiry does not become client work, I delete my copies of the messages six months after our last conversation. You can ask about access, correction or deletion in the same chat. WhatsApp handles information under its own privacy policy.

A few details to include

Where is your business based?
How many people would join?
Which task would you like help with?
What tools or licences do you have?
Would an evening or weekend suit you?

A few sentences are enough. If you’re unsure which tools you have, we can start there.
